Cancellation and No Show
To honor your time and ours, we send out friendly reminders 48 and 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours will incur a $25 fee, and no-shows will be charged the full amount. New clients require a credit card deposit, only charged for violations. This ensures our commitment to punctuality and quality service.

Being a working mom myself, I completely understand that family emergencies can happen unexpectedly. For sickness or family emergencies, we offer a one-time allowance for last-minute cancellations or reschedules. However, after this, our standard cancellation and no-show policy will be in effect.

Refunds
Your payment covers the time, products, and resources invested in your service. We do not offer refunds on services or products. However, if you're unsatisfied, contact us within 72 hours for a complimentary 30-minute touch-up to address any application or product issues.

Privacy Policy

1. Your personal information will be collected for the following reasons:
To obtain contact information to secure an appointment for any/all Aylashoholic services. In addition to confirm and provide any informational updates on booked appointments with Aylashoholic.
Your information will be accessible to Ayla with Aylashoholic and any/all employees or associates within the company.
You will be asked for any of the following info: First/last names, phone number and email address.
Information given may also be used for the purpose of email/SMS marketing/social media marketing. Aylashoholic uses a third party companies for these services. (Wix, Squarespace, Mail Chimp, Facebook and Instagram). Please be advised that these third party companies often times have you enable cookies and use your IP address for tracking of useful statistical data.

2. Additional information will be collected prior to services rendered
Consent forms, client intake or service waiver will ask for additional information and must be filled out prior to any Aylashoholic service.
Additional information will be required to ensure suitability of the services and products used by Aylashoholic. Consent forms will need to be filled out/signed prior to any service being completed. Aylashoholic shares these consent forms to their current business insurance company Wawanesa.

3. Maintaining client records
In offices forms are stored in a save and secured area within the residence of Aylashoholic. Ayla with Aylashoholic and any/all employees or associates within the company will have access to these records when needed. Records will be kept for up to 10 years unless stated in updated terms and conditions in this privacy policy.

4. Privacy choices
You have to option to opt out of third party marketing for SMS/Social Media/Email by clicking the unsubscribe link on any promotional material you are sent. Or please email aylashoholic@gmail.com to have myself unsubscribe you.

5. Access
